Small Town Find of the Month- Cafe Karibo
A friend's mom, who visits Fernandina Beach every year, recommended Cafe Karibo as a great lunch option. Her advice was spot on! Cafe Karibo not only has a wonderful atmosphere both inside and out, but the food was stellar and the drinks amazing. We loved how fresh everything was! I ordered the Mediterranean Couscous Salad with a crab cake add-on. While the crab cake was good, the salad would have been plenty on its own! Cafe Karibo definitely doesn't skimp on portions. Babe got the Baby Spinach and Kale Salad with added mahi-mahi. We were both very satisfied customers. We went on a Sunday and there was a 20 minute wait. Sunday is their brunch day, so it was a pretty popular spot. We put our names in and went to get a drink while we waited when two bar stools opened up. The bar is first-come-first-serve, so be sure to check if you would prefer not to wait! His and her drinks: Her- White Sangria (ask for a guava puree floater!); Him- Bloody Mary; Both- All the heart eyes!
RV Blogger Highlight of the Month
Adventures with Tucknae shared what has to be the MOST EXTENSIVE BOONDOCKING GUIDE EVER! Janae's post covers everything a beginner needs to know about boondocking- RVing without electric or water hookups. Even seasoned boondockers could learn a thing or two with all the information covered. From how to prepare, where to find spots, what to do with pets, safety concerns, and more, it is a practical guide for any RVer.
Travel Envy Highlight of the Month
Babe and I have really been wanting to visit Texas, so this post from Empty Nest, Full Tank, had me dreaming and planning. They went all over the state and hit some awesome spots. Apparently, Texas has drive-thru daiquiris, which we've only ever seen in Louisiana.
YouTube Adventure of the Month
This time three years ago, we had recently left the Grand Canyon ourselves. We stayed at Trailer Village RV Park, however we would love to go back one day and stay at Mather. My friend Kim, from Couch Potato Camping, is sharing all the ins-and-outs of staying at this great spot in the heart of Grand Canyon National Park.
Now it's time to share your own adventures!

Your travel experiences of Dubai have certainly prompted me to apply for a Dubai Visa Online. I would love to take my wife to this ultramodern city so that we can make some beautiful memories. Additionally, we are planning to visit a couple of popular restaurants to enjoy a fine dining experience filled with authentic gastronomical delights. On the other hand, we will be visiting some other popular tourist attractions Dubai fountain, Palm Jumeirah and the newly opened Ain Dubai. ReplyDeleteInteresting post! I would surely love to visit this beautiful Fernandina Beach with my loved ones. I am a wanderlust and travel-bug runs in my veins. As for now, my next travel destination is Dubai and the main reason behind this visit is to explore the lavishness of Burj-al-arab, the iconic 7-star hotel that offers Arabian luxury. I have read and heard about the opulence of this global icon and I just couldn’t hold myself back! I finally contacted Dubai Visa agents today to help me apply for Dubai Visa

ReplyDeletePrivate-sector employers spend an estimated $2,484 per employee on travel Morocco tours and entertainment, a 17 percent increase over the past four years. Corporate T&E costs, now the third-largest controllable expense behind sales and data-processing costs, are under new scrutiny. Corporations are realizing that even a savings of 1 percent or 2 percent can translate into millions of dollars added to their bottom line. Savings of that order are sure to get management's attention, which is a requirement for this type of project. Involvement begins with understanding and evaluating the components of T&E management in order to control and monitor it more effectively.
